Caíco is a Brazilian soccer icon, with a career built on historic achievements and a passion for developing young talent. From his early days as a midfielder at Internacional, Caíco stood out for his technical skills, game vision, and leadership on the field. Among his greatest accomplishments are winning the 1992 Copa do Brasil, where he scored a decisive goal in the final, and securing two Campeonato Gaúcho titles (1992 & 1994).

Professional Playing Career

His talent earned him a spot on the Brazilian National Team, where he represented his country in international competitions. One of his standout moments came when he won the Toulon Tournament, earning the title of Best Player of the Competition.

A Global Soccer Journey

Throughout his career, Caíco played for top Brazilian clubs, including Flamengo, Santos, and Atlético Mineiro, as well as elite international teams such as Tokyo Verdy (Japan), Lugano (Switzerland), Marítimo, and União de Leiria (Portugal). This global experience shaped his unique perspective on the game and enriched his approach to training future athletes.

From Player to Mentor

After retiring as a player, Caíco turned his passion for soccer into a mission: mentoring and developing young talent. He became part of the coaching staff at major Brazilian clubs, including Internacional, working with youth development programs and professional squads, playing a crucial role in both player growth and team strategy.

In the United States, he continued his coaching journey at Juventus Academy Miami and Nona Soccer Team in Orlando. Now, as one of the leaders of FORRCE Soccer Academy, he is fulfilling his dream of training the next generation of champions—combining passion, experience, and a winning philosophy.
